This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every person who accesses Verona AI — account owners, team members, and anyone acting on their behalf.

You must not use Verona AI to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with service availability.
• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or sexually explicit involving minors.
• Process personal data of others without a lawful basis or the appropriate consents.
• Resell or resell access to the platform without our written agreement.
• Attempt to reverse engineer models, extract training data, or bypass usage limits.

You are responsible for the content you upload and the outputs you rely on. AI assistants can make mistakes — always review outputs before using them in customer-facing, legal, or financial contexts.

To report a violation of this policy or a security concern, email [email protected]. We investigate every report we receive.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including issuing warnings, suspending accounts, removing content, and terminating access. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
