• Account data — first name, last name, email address, and password when you create your workspace.
• Order data — number of credits purchased, currency, payment method, and promo codes used at checkout.
• Usage data — documents you upload, questions you ask our assistants, generated responses, and product interactions used to operate the service.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, and cookie identifiers (see our Cookie Policy).

• To provide, secure, and improve the Verona AI platform.
• To process credit purchases and issue invoices.
• To communicate service updates and answer support requests.
• To detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

We process personal data based on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent (for optional cookies and marketing), and compliance with applicable law.
