Refund Policy
This policy explains when and how refunds can be requested for credit purchases on Verona AI.

1. Scope
This policy applies to all credit purchases made on Verona AI. It complements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. 14-day cooling-off period
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may request a full refund of your first credit purchase within 14 days of the order date, provided you have not consumed the credits. Consumed credits are considered digital content delivered with your consent and are non-refundable.
3. Unused credits
For business customers, credits are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and the workspace is activated. In exceptional cases (for example, prolonged service outage), we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
4. How to request a refund
Send your refund request to [email protected] with your order email and the reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days and, when approved, process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension until the dispute is resolved.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date shown above.
