Terms of Service

By registering an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using Verona AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the service on behalf of a business.

Verona AI is billed on a usage basis using credits. One credit is priced at €0.10 (or the equivalent in supported currencies at checkout). Credits are purchased in advance and consumed as you use AI services in your workspace.

Credits do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Bank transfer orders unlock credits once we confirm receipt of the funds. Applicable taxes may apply based on your billing location.

Your use of Verona AI must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Verona AI and its underlying technology, trademarks, and content are the property of Verona AI or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." AI outputs may contain inaccuracies — you are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for material decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verona AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, where Verona AI Limited is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
